Documentation
Technical reference for building on HTMLvault. These pages document the integration surfaces: the MCP server that AI agents connect to, and the webhook events your systems can subscribe to. The MCP server works on every plan, Free included; webhooks need a paid plan (Pro, Teams or Enterprise).
MCP server
Connect AI agents (Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, or the Anthropic API) to your HTMLvault account. Publish, update, list, and analyze links from inside an agent over the Model Context Protocol.
Publishing documents
Turn an HTML fragment and its figures (SVG, Mermaid, Vega-Lite), or a Word file, into a themed page with one REST call, and republish it to the same link as the source changes.
Webhooks
Receive signed, real-time HTTP notifications when links are created, viewed, updated, or expire, and when your tracked-view usage crosses a threshold. Includes signature verification in Node and Python.
Looking to set up an AI tool quickly? The Settings → MCP screen has one-click connectors and copy-paste setup blocks for Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and Grok. For programmatic REST access, see the full API reference.
